Tournament Court

Tournament Court was the first development undertaken by Sackville Developments at Tournament Fields. This highly successful courtyard office scheme comprises seventeen self-contained properties grouped around a central courtyard car park. Unit sizes range from 1,600 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft with the total development comprising 70,000. Occupiers attracted to Tournament Court include Taylor Wimpey, National Association of Estate Agents, Voith, PH Impetus and The Riding for the Disabled.

Geberit

Sackville Developments were very pleased to attract major Swiss-owned, sanitary ware manufacturers, Geberit, to Tournament Fields for their UK Headquarters and Training Centre. The development for Geberit comprised a two storey, 12,000 sq ft office building which houses the company’s UK headquarters team, and their training and sales demonstration suite. The Geberit facility was a design & build leasehold development by Sackville Developments, who sold the completed building to a local, private investor.
