
National Association of Estate Agents gains new home at Tournament Court

After being headquartered in central Warwick for more than 30 years, The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has relocated to Tournament Court, a prestigious new business park on the outskirts of the town.
Tournament Court is the first phase of the 52 acre Tournament Fields site under development by Sackville Properties, and has already attracted a high profile tenants including George Wimpey, Hinton Properties, software company Careworks and Emerald Stone Homes.
Peter Bolton, chief executive at the NAEA, said: "It has been very sad to leave Arbon House, which has been a good home to us over the years, but the new office move is an exciting step.
"The new era of business required a new, modern building and Tournament Court satisfied on every level. The premises are top specification in landscaped surroundings and will undoubtedly create a fantastic first impression for members and associates."

Located just minutes drive from Junction 15 of the M40 Motorway, Tournament Court comprises 17 self-contained business units arranged around a central courtyard, offering more than 62,000 sq ft of flexible Grade A office space.
Adjacent to Tournament Fields, a major new residential development of more than 1,200 homes is under construction which will include a new district centre and convenience store and other amenities.
