At Reading, in the Thames Valley, Sackville Developments (Reading) Limited has acquired a 5.0 acre site in the heart of the Town adjacent to Reading Station . Planning permission has been granted for a mixed use Office, Residential and Retail scheme totalling approximately 1.7 million square feet which will have an end value in excess of £500 million.

In Egham , close to Heathrow Airport , Sackville Developments (Egham) Limited have completed the development of a new 42,000 square feet ( Gross ) Headquarters Office building in a superb 12.5 acre landscaped setting. The completed building has been sold to an owner occupier within a month of Practical Completion.

In Warwick , Sackville Developments (Warwick) Limited , have completed the first , speculative , phase of 17 small office units known as Tournament Court and totalling in excess of 63,000 square feet. 13 of the units have already been sold or let to a wide range of occupiers including Riding For the Disabled , Taylor Wimpey Homes and The National Association of Estate Agents The whole site, which extends to 52 acres and is adjacent to junction 15 of the M40 Motorway, is known as Tournament Fields and has planning permission for 720,000 square feet of business space.
