In addition to the Investment arm which currently holds approximately £170 million of Commercial Investment properties throughout the U.K. the development division is undertaking three major developments.

At Reading, in the Thames Valley, Sackville Developments (Reading) Limited has acquired a 3.25 acre site in the heart of the Town adjacent to Reading Station. Plans are being finalised for a mixed use Office, Residential and Retail scheme totalling approximately 1.5 million square feet which will have an end value in excess of £400 million.

In Egham , close to Heathrow Airport , Sackville Developments (Egham) Limited will be constructing a new 42,000 square feet ( Gross ) Headquarters Office building in a superb 12.5 acre landscaped setting.

In Warwick , Sackville Developments (Warwick) Limited , are already on site constructing the first , speculative , phase of 11 small office units known as Tournament Court and totalling 40,000 square feet which are being offered for sale or to let. The whole site, which extends to 52 acres and is adjacent to junction 15 of the M40 Motorway, is known as Tournament Fields and has planning permission for 720,000 square feet of business space.
