Catesby Property Group

A West Midland property firm has marked its 15th anniversary by moving to new headquarters.

The Catesby Property Group has bought a unit at the Tournament Court development in Warwick.

Catesby, which specialises in commercial and residential development and land investment, has moved to the business park from its former offices near Stratford.

Chief Executive Paul Brocklehurst said the move reflected the company’s confidence in the market.

He said: “Everyone knows that this has been a very tough time for property companies, but we are upbeat about the future.

“We felt we needed a headquarters building which reflected our confidence in the future and Tournament Court was an ideal base to operate from and to invite clients to. It is in a great location.”

Tournament Court is part of the Tournament Fields business park created by Sackville Developments. It is now home to more than 15 businesses and has planning consent for 700,000 sq ft of new headquarter office buildings.

Paul Ludlow, of Sackville, said: “Tournament Court is now fully occupied and we are very pleased that Catesby has moved in. It is always something of a seal of approval when another property company moves to your development.”
